Dave Froman did make it back to Ensenada last night, and the SPOT worked really well. SPOT tries to send an updated position every ten minutes, but not all of them get through. Yesterday we got 46 reports in about 12.5 hours.

Froman was out from 9:10AM until 9:40PM.
His last position was 11/10/2007 09:40:13PM PST 31.7754 -116.611
His final position report on the race course was near RM190 30.8766 -115.8205
at 5:10PM, then it took 4.5 hours to get back to Ensenada.
You can cut and paste any of these Lat Lon Pairs of numbers into Google Earth.
