The last SPOT sighting was at 6:43AM at RM918. This is probably near where they did the rider change, which was planned at RM920.
If D Deveau was at RM990 at 7:41AM, he had 170 miles to go to get to the next Rider Change at RM1160. At 45 mph average, this would take 3:45, and would mean he would get there about 11:30AM
